Along with my favorite season (summer of course), came the resurrection of my refreshing brain freezing green smoothie. It’s the perfect healthy drink to have on a hot day or after a fulfilling hardcore sweaty workout lol. Now I’ve tried loads of green smoothies out there and to be completely honest haven’t been a fan. I found out that they were usually not sweet enough for me or frankly tasted too healthy if you know what I mean. Anyway, before I keep on rambling here’s the recipe and you can be the judge of how good and refreshing it really is (Feel free to adjust as you see fit).
1 frozen banana- cut into nice chunks
About 4 frozen strawberries
A handful of spinach (usually the bananas masks its taste)
2 frozen Kiwi (I added that later on)
1 tablespoon Fruit syrup (my holy grail sweetener) or honey
A little bit of water to help the blending process.
That’s it!!
